At the age of 15, Beusker discovered his love for black-and-white photography.
After studying photography and design, he worked as a fashion photographer and ran his own design agency. Since 2013, Beusker has worked on various freelance projects alongside his commissioned work, always in black and white.

Fascinated by his first trip to Africa, it is no surprise that nature photography captivated him most. The proximity to wild animals, the tranquillity of unspoilt nature and the people in these habitats continue to fascinate him – he travels to the wilderness as often as he can to capture unique moments in black and white; these portraits of wild animals are so beautiful as to be rarely seen. Since 2018, this work has become his new trademark.

Unlike other nature photographers, Beusker always tries to make eye contact with the animal. To do this, he does not use long lenses, but tries to get very close to the animal.
